How It Works
Your request to our team
Discuss with us your idea and goals.
Initiation
Develop the objectives and goals of the project. Will we be able to solve this problem? What result do we want to get in the end? Determine the benefits — economic, social and other benefits. What will this project bring us? Identify what is needed to implement the project. How many people, how much time, how much money, how much paper and pens (well, you never know!). Assign the responsible persons and create a team. Understand how the project and its results will be evaluated. To draw up the charter of the project. Ideally, it should contain the information described above. The charter sets out the goals of the project, the participants, the benefits, in general terms — the budget and the risks.
Build a business strategy
Identify the project participants. Now it's time to distribute specific tasks and distribute the workload among the performers. The RACI matrix is often used to differentiate roles and responsibilities in a project (we'll tell you what it is below) Determine the budget of the project — now in detail. To schedule the terms of the project and each of its stages — that is, to create a roadmap (more about it in this material). Determine the criteria for the success of the project. Now in numbers and in metrics. Step by step to schedule the work on each stage. Calculate the resource reserve. They are left to deal with the consequences of threats that have come true. The project manager presents a detailed project plan.
Project implementation
So the work itself began. What to do at this stage: Monitor the synchronicity of tasks performed by employees Keep track of deadlines Solve emerging problems and avoid emergency situations To ensure communication between the team, managers and the customer Make changes to the plan Telling the team how the process is going.
Monitoring and control
Monitoring and control and implementation coincides to be at the same time. Current monitoring includes the following processes: Rational use of time. The project manager makes sure that all parts of the work are delivered on time. Rational use of resources: people, time and budget. At this stage, full transparency of processes is needed in order to eliminate shortcomings in time, adjust the plan, and communicate within the team. Additional meetings often help with this. The implementation and monitoring stages do not take place sequentially, but simultaneously.
Completion
The main work has been completed, but we need to collect reports and draw conclusions. And also: Collect the final product and reports on it. Prepare and coordinate the financial assessment of the project. Sign the closing documentation. Evaluate customer satisfaction and project compliance with the plan. Evaluate your own experience.
